I downloaded the webpage and extension for offline use and am now sharing it in case either site ever goes down for whatever reason.

how to use:

Run the chrome extension

download from here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/web-server-for-chrome/ofhbbkphhbklhfoeikjpcbhemlocgigb?hl=en
or install manually with the crx or zip file (unpacked crx file)

point to folder of html file
got to advanced settings and allow uploading files
go to the local address in your browser and the tool should now work offline.
