I am going to keep this very brief: you can install the mod using ModOrganizer or the Nexus Mod Manager and you will have an installer let you choose a resolution; or you can manually choose one of the three folders {1k, 2k, 4k} and install it how you would any other mod.

This is my first mod, and I am using it to gauge whether I should dive deeper into mod creation on Skyrim.
