To install, extract the files then open the folder called New Eyes and Face and put both of the files directly into 
Dungeon Lords --> grn_textures --> PCHM folder and when asked overwrite the existing files.

Remember to make a copy of the originals incase you want to go back!   Thanks for downloading this, and enjoy!
