the installation is the same as with a normal mod of the game
Go to the folder where your game is located
Steam>steamapps>common>mountblade warband>modules
Rename your Napoleonic Wars to save it
Move the Napoleonic Wars that you downloaded, directly into the modules

Now head for your luncher, go to configuration
In video, check the following cases

*Use pixel shaders
*Force vertical sync
*Load textures on demand

All three options must be enabled in the luncher
Once in game here are the options to do to have the best experience with the mod

*Antialiasing - x8
*Monitor Gamma - 1.50 or 1.80
*HDR Mod - Low or Off (It depends on you)
*Use High-contrast tonemap
*Use Depth Effects
*Use Instancing
*Number of Rag Dolls (Unlimited)

lower the texture details from 100 to 65 or less,
it should work without distorting your game too much.
