This mod contains:

- a photoshop file for creating banners
- a .dds image file with new banners


To make a banner:
- just select which layers you want visible and mix and match, scale, change hue till you get the flag you want. The file contains only some icons/heraldic images and decorations, so you can always add more.
- save your flag as .png
- re-size to 132x340, copy and paste into one of the games flag files
- save as .dds with 1bit alpha
- play



The files are for free use by anyone, for anything.
