since this "mod" uses some sound files that are larger than original sound files, your going to need to run snd_rebuildaudiocache exit reopen the game, and run snd_updateaudiocache if you dont the game will cut sounds off awkwardly. (version 1.3) replaced HIT sounds (music that plays when your teammate(s) get hit by a special infected defib now players the lbp respawn sound slightly later added new pickup sounds likely more i cant remember
