Running this program will create a folder(modsAll) with many subfolders(Fabric, Forge, Quilt, NeoForge) in the directory; "C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\modsAll" There will also be a folder for each version of Minecraft Available at the time for those mod loaders. If there is a version missing, or one comes out in the future, it can be added easily. Unzip the downloaded file. 3. Double-click on ModLoaderGUI.jar to start the program. User Interface Overview 1. The main window of the Mod Setup Program consists of the following components: 2. Mod Loader ComboBox: Dropdown menu to select the mod loader (Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, Quilt). 3. Version ComboBox: Dropdown menu to select the Minecraft version. 4. Setup Mods Button: Moves mods from the selected version's folder to the main mods folder. 5. Save Installed Mods Button: Saves the currently installed mods to the selected version's folder. 6. Open Selected Directory Button: Opens the directory for the selected mod loader and version. 7. Open Mods Directory Button: Opens the main Minecraft mods directory. How to Use Selecting Mod Loader and Version 1. Mod Loader: Use the dropdown menu to select your desired mod loader (e.g., Fabric, Forge). 2. Version: Once a mod loader is selected, the version dropdown will update with available versions. Select your desired Minecraft version. Setting Up Mods 1. Select the mod loader and version. 2. Click on the Setup Mods button. 3. Confirm the action when prompted. This will move the mods from the selected version’s folder to the main mods folder. Saving Installed Mods 1. Select the mod loader and version. 2. Click on the Save Installed Mods button. 3. Confirm the action when prompted. This will save the currently installed mods into the folder for the selected version and mod loader. Opening Directories 1. Open Selected Directory: Opens the folder for your mods for the specific version and mod loader selected. 2. Open Mods Directory: Opens the main Minecraft mods folder. Advanced Features Adding New Versions If you want to add mods for a new version that is not listed: 1. Select the + option from the version dropdown. 2. Enter the new version number when prompted. 3. Select the mod loader and click OK. 4. The new version will be added, and you can now save mods for this version. Custom Configurations The program automatically manages mod folders. If custom configurations are needed, edit the availableVersionsMap in the code or contact support for assistance. Troubleshooting Program won't start: Ensure Java is installed and up to date. Folders not opening: Check that the paths are correct and the directories exist. Mods not moving: Ensure the selected version’s folder contains the mods and that the main mods folder is not in use by Minecraft. Frequently Asked Questions Can I use this program with other mod loaders? Currently, the program supports Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, and Quilt. What happens if I have mods in the main mods folder already? The program will prompt you before overwriting any existing mods in the main mods folder. How do I know if my mods were saved correctly?
