Placeable Add-On for Darth Insidious's Qu Rahn Lightsaber

This mod adds onto the Qu Rahn's Lightsaber mod by Darth Insidious by actually allowing you to obtain the lightsaber in-game. Personally, I always hated having
to cheat this sweet saber in, and felt a more natural way of getting it was in order.
