You can install the MIR_v1.metpf with TPF/DDS Tools:
ME3explorer/UserTools/Textures/ TPF/DDS Tools/Load/MIR_v1/Analyse With Texplorer/Install Valid............
The following .pcc files will be overwritten, unless you untick their corresponding boxes:

BioD_CerMir_550Miranda.pcc
BioD_CerMir_750Office.pcc
BioD_CitHub_MirandaT2.pcc

DLC_EXP_Pack003_Base\CookedPCConsole\BioH_Exp3_Miranda_0.pcc

You can revert the changes back to normal by installing the ordingal white texture (Miranda_White_Original.metpf) with TPF/DDS Tools,
and/or replacing the .pcc files mentioned above.
