This mod replaces the Illuminati outfit by Chloe's Ariel outfit.

Instructions:

Extract the archive into the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Life is Strange - Before the Storm\DLC\OutfitPack" (or your own path if different)

Make a backup of the file "ch_m_chloe_deluxe03.bytes"

Launch the file "run.bat"

Wait until the command prompt window closes itself (it should take less than a minute)

You can now delete the file "run.bat"

You're ready to play
