This save file is compatible with Steam version.

Extract compressed folder save007.zip-616-1-6-2.zip. It contains the save file.
By default put save file to C/Users/Username/Saved Games/kingdomcome/saves/playline0/

Disk C contains default folder for my Saved Games.
Username is the name of your PC.
Folder Saved Games can have respectively different name.

If you are using GOG version, try to find Saved Games folder.
Right click on the game - Manage installation - Show folder.
It may be similar to this: GOG Galaxy/Games/Kingdom Come Deliverance/Saves/

You can either rename it and copy it inside a folder or rewrite the existing file.
If you choose to rewrite the existing file, one of your saves will be deleted.

playline1 - second walkthrough
playline2 - third walkthrough
playline3 - forth walkthrough
playline4 - fifth walkthrough
playline5 - sixth walkthrough
playline6 - seventh walkthrough
