High Quality skyboxes model fixes

You need to get High quality skyboxes mod first.

The lights animations in Taris upper city south and north were disabled. I fixed the 2 models affected to restore the lights animations. 

There was a black hole in the sky in the hideout, that is something that was already here in vanilla and a problem not caused by the original mod. I fixed this aswell.

Drop the files into override and you're done.
