Height fitted mining tools v1.01

Installation: move the HeightFittedMiningTools folder into your Starbound/mods/ folder (alternatively, just unzip the file to your mods folder)

  v1.01:  -removed Laserminer tool


        
Description: Makes all default mining tools have a minimum 4 block radius. Might be a bit broken regarding balancing, but only for weaker blocks.
