Mining tools v0.3

Installation: Move the MiningTools+.modpak file into your Starbound/giraffe_storage/mods/ folder (alternatively, just unzip the file to your mods folder).
              Be sure to uninstall old versions first!


Changelog:
  v0.3:   -upbeat giraffe compatibility
          -due to changed tool upgrade mechanics: like pickaxes and drills miningtools+ are now craftable by ore bars only.
  v0.2:   -recipes are now Tier 1, this means that you can also use the mod at an old save, if you couldn't find the + drills this should work now!
          -changed folder structure to support mod packing
          -mod now comes in a .modpak file

        
Description: Pickaxes and Drills get upgradable version that can mine 4 blocks at once. + Tools cost 1 bar more for pickaxes and double more for drills, as
             they are respictively stronger.
