Ok so this pl0000.acb file.. 
You will need to create a "Bayonetta Backup voice" folder and put your original pl0000.acb file in it! 
(you DONT want to lose your Hellena Taylor voice trust me)
ANYWAY, after that ! you can now put Amy Rose's .acb File Inside the "se" folder  you can find in your "data" folder of the game
