To install, place the PENGUIN mod file in Documents\My Games\Runic Games\Torchlight 2\mods\ folder
To run the game with the mod, open the launcher, press the Manage mods and play button (arrow + gear icon),
mark the checkbox next to the Penguin mod and press the play button on the bottom right corner of the window.

Please note, your savegames are seperate from the non-modded game and I think you HAVE to start a new game to use the mod
