This is a Dragon Tales Pack for GTA 4. I'll add more stuff to it soon.

Dragon Tales is an awesome show and I love the characters and the music that come from it. My favorite character is Cassie the pink dragon.

This is ONLY for the base GTA IV (not TLAD or TBoGT. I haven't tested any of this mod in EFLC).

This could be pretty buggy, I am not experienced with making mods.

Installation guide:

(Make a backup of your files, if you don't you'll regret it)

First you must download OpenIV if you haven't, it is necessary if you want to modify GTA IV files

Follow the directories of the folders and drop the files into the directories seen in the OpenIV hud.

So as an example: in OpenIV, the directory to the loading screen music would be pc > audio > sfx > LOADING.rpf > LOADING

This mod includes:

Billboard and Taxi Sign Ads - Billboards advertising the show in Manhattan and near Schlotter Hospital, and a advertisement seen on some Taxis

Bug: At a distance there can be some pretty bad texture issues (on the billboards not the taxi sign)

Loading Music - Music you can listen to while loading into the game. Includes five Dragon Tales songs from the show and music album:

Dragon Tales Theme
Be A Dragon
Cassie's Song
Ord Shuffle
Wake Up

Loading Screen Characters - Replaces original characters with Max, Emmy, Enrique and the main dragons (Ord, Cassie, Zak, Wheezie, Quetzal)

Pause Menu Music - Music to listen to while you are in the pause menu. Includes 6 songs:

Hello
Betcha Can
Shake Your Dragon Tail
Zoo
Stretch
And The World Goes Round And Round

Ringtones - Musical ringtones (Dragon Tales Theme Song, Cassie's Song, and The Hello Song). You can buy these for 100 in game dollars on the computer. 

You'll want to go bowling with Roman AND all of the dragon friends (a man can dream)

Make sure to also install the language file in the common folder or else you won't know which song to choose.

Starting Music - This makes it so that the Dragon Tales Theme Song briefly plays when you boot up the game.

Watch Dragon Tales Episodes In-Game - You can watch 5 different episodes of Dragon Tales on the in-game TV. This replaces CNT.

Bug: every time you turn the TV off or switch the channel it resets to the first episode.
