"ZolikaPatch Steering Wheel Car Pack [for GTA IV, TBOGT & TLAD]" v.1.2 by eljamon88

Hey guys,
since the ZolikaPatch provides a native steering wheel bone for cars, I adapted ALL GTA IV / TLAD / TBOGT cars to this script.

All adapted cars have a fully functioning steering wheel, adding “immersion” to the game (which everyone is so keen on having in games these days).

Additionally, the following cars have been edited by me because I didn't like their original look (see also pics):

• Stallion (side mirrors have been moved from the wings to the doors, new front bumper from TLAD Regina, dual exhaust from SabreGT, dual headlights => INSPIRED by Algonquin Hoods Stallion, NOT STOLEN!)
• Vigero (side mirrors have been moved from the wings to the doors, vertical bars have been removed from the grille)
• NOOSE Cruiser (vertical bars have been removed from the grille)
• Police Cruiser (vertical bars have been removed from the grille)
• Taxi (vertical bars have been removed from the grille)
• Speedo (new steering wheel from Burrito)

Changes in Version 1.2:

• Fixed interior color bug on Turismo
• Fixed a bug where weapons were not shown on Little Jacobs car (vest & assault Rifles on upper trunk lid)

Changes in Version 1.1:

• Fixed missing polygon bug on Regina steering wheel 
• Improved steering wheel mesh on Esperanto / Roman's Taxi / Marbelle

In order to have this car pack working, you need to fulfill the following requirements:

• GTA IV 1.0.8.0 (I use a downgraded version of the Complete Edition on Steam)
• ZolikaPatch installed (I use v. 7.65)

HOW TO INSTALL:

• Copy all files into your "GTAIV" Game Directory (the respective “vehicles.img” files & “vehicles.ide” files will be replaced)
