Place the both files in your JWE folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Jurassic World Evolution\Win64\ovldata\ContentPDLC6\Dinosaurs\Tyrannosaurus93

Don't forget to make a backup of the original T.rex
