Donwload it, install it, run it as admin

load the included file named MilkTheCow76VoiceAttack-Profile-Profile.vap

make sure every icon on the right of the program window has a red circle by clicking them except for the headset icon ( Make sure the headset icon says "Listening" )

Run Fallout76 Once with the program open and then in the "Target" window on the program choose Fallout76 From the drop down menu

Go in game and play and try the commands ^^ 

Be careful not tp speak to slowly or to quickly, and speak as clearly as possible, this thing does not understand heavy accents n stoofs.
