Just read the description and it'll be all good, also you can watch the images for a sec if you dont understand where the other thngs are.
I'm sorry about the Motor Hoist, it it bugged and it doesn't want to go up the hill, so you will have to discover how to install the motor without any problem.
As i said, cleanest save file for the WorkingApartment mod, everything is there, don't worry.

OFC you'll need MSC Loader for all these mods to work. I wrote all the mods that i use and give me a nice experience, and i'm not sure if they are included in the save file, but if they aren't you can install them if you want.
