The mod is really easy to install as long as you use AnvilToolKit

1. Just unpack DataPC_patch_01.forge
2. Unpack 0_-_Game Bootstrap Settings.data
3. Drag and drop the downloaded file(s) into the unpacked folder
4. repack 0_-_Game Bootstrap Settings.data
5. repack DataPC_patch_01.forge

Simple as that, Enjoy!

It's always good practice to backup any files you replace just to be safe.
