Improved scalp texture for ME2 low bun, mid bun, high bun and ponytail scalp, icon bun scalp, high bun and icon bun.

Instructions
Use ME3Explorer's TPF tools or MassEffectModder to permanently install the textures into your game files. The .tpfs should be compatible with ALOT's installer if dragged-and-dropped as per ALOT's instructions for adding user files.

Version Notes

v1.0 Final - Now includes the icon bun! Added two 'bundled' files, one containing all the scalp textures using CDAMJC's 'seamless' kit and one using the vanilla scalp textures. The high bun and icon bun textures are the same in both versions.

v1.0 - Release for ME2 at the same time as ME1 refresh.Reformatted all images correctly for texture replacement. Change to instructions to use a texture replacement tool to install these textures instead of using Texmod.
