DE6 new gauges

A little mod that I made to change the appearance of the gauges on the DE6. They look now more like the original gauges used on the Croatian locos, with a little bit of creative freedom.

If you want to use the gauges with your favorite skin, just copy the two files with the name "LocoDE6_Gauges_01d" and "LocoDE6_Gauges_01e" from the "DE_new_gauges" folder into the folder from your skin mod where the PNGs are.
