Color replacement skin for Ace Combat 7: F-15E, F-15C, F-15J Eagle "THE iDOLM@STER CHIHAYA". This is a reproduction of a skin from Ace Combat 6, the game that started the whole "anime skin" thing. Quite impressive what a professional designer can make. Actually, most of non-trash anime skins are just rip-offs of Namco's idolmaster skins (people take the same layout idea and replace girls with different ones).

1) Go to <game's folder>\Game\Content\Paks
2) in the \Paks directory, locate or create a folder called "~mods"
3) Pick one of the files and put it into that folder.
The final path would look something like  "...\Steam\steamapps\common\ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks\~mods\f15e_02_Chihaya.pak"

There are versions that replace skins 2 and 3.
