Use instruction:
Navigate to your AC directory: …\steamapps\common\ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks
Create a folder with name: ~mods if it does not exist
Copy one or mutiple file with .pak extension into the ~mod folder

Skin Replacement order:
Once installed, AC skin mod will take a slot from your in game skin selection:
