Increase return of Research Points when donating Items to the Research institute.

Standalone (or with SpiceIt Up), this is a cheat mod.
It will increase the return of Research Points as following:

Common Item		: from 20 to 1000
Uncommon Item	: from 30 to 2000
Rare Item		: from 40 to 4000
Epic Item		: from 50 to 8000
Legendary Item	: from 250 to 16000

This Mod Requires "Land of Lions DLC".
