To work you need BaseMod v3-v4. 
After downloading the mod put the selected folder(Pcix_and_Hot8769_MOD or one from "Singly" folder) to ...\Steam\steamapps\common\LobotomyCorp\LobotomyCorp_Data\BaseMods.
