-- Before Installation

I recommend creating a backup of the "DataPC_14_dlc.forge" file at the following location:

"<Install_Location>\Assassin's Creed Syndicate\dlc_14\DataPC_14_dlc.forge"

-- Installtion:

With the AnvilToolkit find and unpack the "DataPC_14_dlc.forge" file. The path should be as follows:

"<Install_Location>\Assassin's Creed Syndicate\dlc_14\DataPC_14_dlc.forge"

When this is unpacked you should now have the following folders/path:

"<Install_Location>\Assassin's Creed Syndicate\dlc_14\Extracted\DataPC_14_dlc.forge"

Choose an option and drop the following 4 files inside of the "DataPC_14dlc.forge" folder, and overwrite existing files: 

- 2185-_ACVI_CHR_PJacobFrye.data
- 2234-_ACVI_CHR_UJacobFrye.data
- 2228-_ACVI_CHR_PEvieFrye.data
- 2235-_ACVI_CHR_U_EvieFrye.data

Now with the AnvilToolkit right click on "DataPC_14_dlc.forge" and select repack.

--For the curious 

These are done by editing the outfit buildtables for both characters(To remove hats for both, and to remove capes for Jacob), and the entity buildtable for Evie(to remove the cape). These buildtables are located in the above mentioned files.
