	INSTALLATION

Move all files to C:/.../Heroes Of Might and Magic III Complete/

Begin a new game. 


If you want to play in Polish, drop files from /POLISH into the same folder. Polish and English versions have a different HexSwapper!

	HEXSWAPPER

The HexSwapper is a new program that you can run to modify your game. The optional features include skins, gameplay changes and reverting some features to the original Heroes 3. Simply edit the PP.ini (only "False" and "True" values are accepted) and run the program in your game's directory.

	KNOWN ISSUES

* Pumpkin Patch is incompatible with some puzzle maps. 
* Using Tournament rules overwrites Dimension Door changes - this is intended, as an option to disable said change, aside from the optional features. 
* There is a small visual bug where sometimes clicking on a new hero and then on another hero causes the gold rim to remain in place. This rim disappears soon, f.e. once another hero is double-clicked.
