Instructions:
Place the "CEA Fixed.ini" file in your MCC Win64 folder

File path(Steam)
<the drive you installed mcc>\steamapps\common\Halo The Master Chief Collection\MCC\Binaries\Win64

If you have reshade installed already "CEA Fixed" should show up as a preset in Reshade
