This configuration file works only with the last version of the game, with AMD FSR2 support.

16GB RAM
AMD RX550 2GB


Installation:

Go to "Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Settings\"
Make a backup of your "system.xml"
Delete all files in the folder.
Copy downloaded system.xml in there.
