 Simply rename the video in this folder you want to place in the game to one of the following 
names:

TGT_Generic_Hacking_PC_01_INTRO
TGT_Generic_Hacking_PC_01_LOOP
TGT_Generic_Hacking_PC_01_OUTRO

After renaming the file, the text should look like this:
TGT_Generic_Hacking_PC_01_OUTRO.bk2

Placed the renamed  file(s) into: 
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Ghost Recon Breakpoint\videos\Missions
