Day One Pursuit Themes Restoration //Installation Installing this mod requires the same procedure as any other mod that relies on Frosty Mod Manager. If you don't have the manager installed, here are the steps to get it up and running: 1. Download Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.6.3 from their oficial GitHub depot: https://github.com/CadeEvs/FrostyToolsuite/releases/download/v1.0.6.3/FrostyModManager.zip 2. Un-zip the file in a directory you can easily come to later. 3. Launch Frosty Mod Manager and set-up the profile for NFSā„¢ Heat. - Click the "New" button on the bottom-left of window, this will prompt you for the location of the games executable (NeedforSpeedHeat.exe) - If it asks you for a decryption key, look it up on Google. I can't write it here due to legal reasons. - After doing so, let it generate the SDK for the game. This will require you to boot the game with the window open. - Once the SDK is done generating, you'll be prompted to restart Frosty Mod Manager. You can close the game you just booted in-case you already haven't at this point. 4. Install the mod. - Once back in the manager and in Heat's profile, click on the "Add Mod" on the top-left corner of the window. This will prompt you to locate a ".fbmod" file. - Navigate to where you un-zipped the package containing the read-me file you are reading right now and double-click the "RestorePursuitToDayOne.fbmod" file. - You should now see the mod on the manager's left panel. Double-click on it to add it to your profile. 5. Launch the game through the manager. - Once the previous step is done and you see the mod on the right panel, click the "Launch" button on the top-left corner of the screen. This will set-up your mod list and launch the game with them. Tip: Normally, you'd need to launch the game through the manager to have your mods be applied. However, you can add the following command to your game's launch parameters so it automatically loads the last mod profile you used: -dataPath "ModData/Default" If you have the game on Steam, you should add this there by right-clicking the game and going to its properties panel. If you have any problems, look up on how people usually install the UNITE modpack on YouTube. If you have a more specific problem, don't hesitate in reaching out through the comment section in the mod's page.
