1.	Go to this directory: (your steam or drive location may differ)

	C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Planet Zoo\win64\ovldata\Content0\Animals\Big_Cats\Cheetah

2.	Rename this folder to something like Cheetah_Backup so you can remove the changes if you're tired of them
3.	Now add the new Cheetah folder you've just downloaded. Included are three versions, one that changes only the 
	Albino variant to a King Cheetah, one that changes only the Regular Cheetah and one that changes all variants. (icons are not changed)
	Optionally you can also only switch out male/female or juvenile.
