DO NOT CHANGE THE NAME OF THIS CHARACTER'S ICON OR HE WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY.

How to install and use this character:

- Make sure your game is extracted and all necessary .DAT, .FPK, and .PAK files are deleted. 

- Copy the CHARS and STUFF folders from this download into your game directory and say yes to any overwrites. This won't mess up any of your game stuff, I promise.

- If your game is extracted properly, your STUFF folder (the entire one, not the one that comes with this mod) should have a folder inside of it called TEXT and a file inside of that called ENGLISH.txt. At the start of that file, add this line:

963 "Professor Pyg"

If you already have a mod character using that number, you can change it, but you will need to update Professor Pyg's .TXT file to match.

- Inside the CHARS folder of your base game, find CHARS.TXT and add this to the bottom of it:

char_start
	dir "Scarecrow"
	file "Pyg"
char_end

Note that if you have already added 4 characters to the bottom of CHARS.TXT, the game by default will not be able to read a 5th entry or anything past that. This limit CAN be increased substantially, however- if you are interested, instructions can be found at the TT Games LEGO Modding Discord Server- it's the first result on Google if you search that up.

After adding Professor Pyg to CHARS you will need to go to COLLECTION.TXT, which is in the same folder, and add this line:

collect "pyg" area_complete "zoo" buy_in_shop 100000 cheat_code "PERFCT"

His position on the character select screen will depend on where you add that line relative to the other characters' lines. You can add him right before "weirdo1" if you'd like him to be the last character on the screen before the custom characters.

Finally, if you'd like his icon to be visible at all times like a proper character, go to the LEVELS folder, then the BATCAVE folder, open BATCAVE.TXT, and add the following to the bottom of it:

character "pyg" resident

(No, this won't make Professor Pyg spawn in the Batcave, don't worry.)

And he should work! If you run into any issues with him being unable to be unlocked, try starting a new game.
