You need a playable NPCs/Villains mod to use my mod. There are different versions available on NexusMods

Place both files of Sliced Frieza and Balloon Cell in the ~mods folder. Select Final Form Frieza and Perfect Cell to play with the mods. 
Note: this mod replaces Final Form Frieza and Perfect/Super Perfect Cell. You can delete the mod if you want regular versions back.
