How does it work:
-Launch CyberCAT and click on Load Save (its a good idea to always backup the file before doing this, better safe than sorry)
-Go to the Appearance tab and click on Load Preset, then load my preset
-Click on save preset to, well, save the preset and then click on Save Changes

And you are done!
