[NC_Ambient_NPCs v2.5]
As of v2.5 release there are about a dozen or more values that have been changed and optimized to work with the latest CP2077 version 2.21. 
Now that Phantom of Liberty has settled down on the changed im happy to update as of 3 7 2025.


Installing Use a Mod Manager works.
or 
Manually at your root folder:..\common\Cyberpunk 2077\engine\config\platform\pc\

The two files, NC_Ambient_NPCs.ini & NC_AmbientNPCsreadme.txt should be in game folder. Mostly likely at \Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\engine\config\platform\pc
- done! 

NOT compatible with other mods that change these values under [crowd] [crowds][crowdmovement]!!!
