sds_retail\combinables

Throw the PlayerModeIIDs.lua in
ScriptHook\data\lua\game

You need Nomad Scripthook in order to play as Vito with Tuxedo.
In Nomad Scripthook, the outfit is just called "Vito Tuxedo".
