Highly Recommdend that you have the Baldurs Gate Mod Organizer

Extract the Better Quickspell Gloves.pak using something along the lines of 7zip, winrar, etc.

In the mod organiser
Go to file>import a mod, select Better Quickspell Gloves.pak
Drag from inactive to the active tab and you're all set!
