Slightly customized Tiefling Male head B. Personal mod but I figure I'll share it and post it here for archiving.

			**HOW TO INSTALL**
	
	
		TIF_M_NKD_Head_B.GR2 - Located in Resources folder

Move the TIF_M_NKD_Head_B.GR2 file into your game's Resources folder if you have other mods
the file path should look like this:

		...\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\
		Data\Generated\Public\SharedDev\Assets\Characters\_Anims\Tieflings\_Male\Resources\TIF_M_NKD_Head_B.GR2
