Unzip the file and place the 3 folders inside your Crusader Kingdoms 2 directory and overwrite all. 

Example: program(x86)/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings 2/ 

Kingdom of Bosnia appears year 1322, but it is best to start from year 1327! Have fun!
