restores the power "Night Eye".

i was dismayed when i discovered that SureAI disabled the power "Night Eye" in their mod. 
so i took it upon myself to restore this as a power with nearly unlimited use.
the spell book is located on a rock where you first wake up after the game's introduction scenes.
