Matching Carnifex & Mattock:

This makes the carnifex and mattock rifle match in color (not perfectly but pretty close) both with one another and with the defualt N7 armor tint and material for those of us like me who like to color-coordinate our kit.

Install with MEM through the toolset like most other texture mods.
