In the Advanced Launcher, leave the following options unchecked:

Ambient Occlusion, Motion Blur, Depth of Field and Bloom.

Anti-Aliasing set to "off"

MVSS Coverage set to Low (Default)

HBAO Intensity set to Medium (Default)

Tessellation Quality set to Balanced
