Place the RedSora file in your mods folder which should be located here:

This PC -> Windows -> Program Files -> Epic Games -> KH_3 -> KINGDOM HEARTS III -> Content -> Paks -> ~mods

If you do not have a mods folder then create it (with the ~ infront of it)
