Simply place the SonicSuit folder or .txt file within a "Mods" folder in the same folder as your CMX Patcher, run CMXPatcher,
set your pso2_bin (only need to set pso2_bin once) and hit "Patch CMX".

You can restore your CMX any time you wish.
