Extract to the BepInEx Plugins folder ( By Default "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sun Haven\BepInEx\plugins")

Your folders should look like Sun Haven > BepInEx > Plugins > CustomTextures with all the images in the CustomTextures folder
