If you downloaded this it will work put into your my documents/my games/Starfield backup your StarfieldCustom.ini.
Overwrite StarfieldCustom,ini with this file.

The ini is ready for mods that require console commands, using the ` tilda you can open cosole. 
If the mod is named "GameplayTweaks" https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/241 in starfieldcustom.ini you will see "MOD NAME HERE".
Rename that to "GameplayTweaks" WITHOUT " " 
Format should look like so: ;bat GameplayTweaks;bat "Second Mod";
Once in game open console ` and type bat GameplayTweaks then hit enter thats currently how we are able to implenent mods new methods will come out soon!
